Each Launderette has a coin operated Iron along with an ironing board. Residents within family accommodation are required to provide their own.
Yes, you will need to bring your own bed linen, towels, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.
Morecambe Close offers parking on a first come, first serve basis and is operated by a barrier system for which you will be issued a fob/swipecard and a permit once you have logged your car with us.
The Family Accommodation within Calnwood Road and Lewsey Road will usually have their own driveway with the exception of the 8 new build properties in Lewsey Road where permits will need to be displayed in the windscreen of your vehicle (there is no additional charge for this facility).
The car park located near Senior Homes is operated by the Hospital Trust and you will need to liaise about entry requirements directly with them.
The accommodation offered is initially for 6 months but residents usually can stay longer than 6 months.
We offer an inclusive rent only with our single accommodation where utility costs, council tax and internet access are included. The rents for the one bedroom flats are also inclusive except for council tax which is governed by and paid directly to Luton Borough Council. All family accommodation is offered with an exclusive rent.
There are currently no televisions within the accommodation provided by Optivo, but its fine to bring your own television and you will need to purchase a TV Licence. Visit www.tvlicensing.co.uk for further information and charges.
Optivo provides Wi-Fi internet connection within Barton Court, Kensworth Court and Servite House and the Wi-Fi internet connection within Senior Homes is provided by the Hospital Trust. Please note that we do not provide internet connections within the family accommodation.
