No. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
You will need to provide you own cooking equipment such pots and pans and plates, cups, and cutlery. We provide an ironing board and iron, a toaster, a microwave and kettle. The kitchens are fitted with a fridge/freezer, oven and hob.
We provide basic bedding and a towel.

Our Accommodation is excellent value, all bills are inclusive internet, Gas Electric, Council Tax and Water.
No. Tenants are permitted to put a TV in their room but will need to purchase a relevant Licence.
Yes, Wi-Fi access is included in your rent. Our internet provider, StudentCom offers an up to 50Mbps base service with an option to upgrade to a 100Mbps service at an additional cost.
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited in both the flat and your room. Kingston Trust also operates a No Smoking Policy throughout the grounds of the hospital.
Yes. All rooms and flats are fitted with automatic smoke detection devices which are connected to a main fire alarm panel in the block. Care should be taken when cooking or using aerosols or after hot showers all these can sometimes set off the alarm – please open a window when necessary.
